The trail's eastern end in Seymour connects to the Duck Creek Trail, which travels east towards Green Bay for five miles.
The trail roughly parallels State Highway 54 between New London and Seymour. Seymour is about 17 miles west of Green Bay and 20 miles north of Appleton.
The 22-mile trail is located between House Road in New London and Vandenheuvel Road in Seymour. Accommodations, parking and services are available in communities along the trail.
