Community Shares of Wisconsin (CSW) is an efficient, one-stop shop for social and environmental change. Each of our more than 60 nonprofits tackles unique problems, and together we create lasting change through grassroots action and advocacy. Thanks to our donors, CSW supports our members by raising money, and by providing training and technical support.
Friends of Wisconsin State Parks is a non-profit organization that is made up of a volunteer Board of Directors with 18 current members, 80+ local Friends groups, and a general membership from all across Wisconsin. These groups and individuals work together to preserve, protect, and enhance the state parks, trails, recreation areas and forests around Wisconsin by providing on-the-ground work, monetary support, and advocacy for these valuable areas.
Wisconsin Natural Resources magazine arrives six times each year in February, April, June, August, October and December. The magazine is published by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Watch for these feature articles in the 2013 Magazine issues:
April - Stower Seven Lakes State Trail
June – Kettle Moraine State Forest – Pike Lake Unit
August – Wyalusing State Park
October – Cover and feature article - Friends of Wisconsin State Parks
December – Candlelight ski and hikes – featuring several Friends groups and state parks/forests/trails who hold these events

Fourth annual photography contest coming soon.. Winners will be featured in the 2013 Friends of Wisconsin State Parks calendar, released in October 2013. We ask that your entries fit into a season- spring – summer-fall or winter and that they represent a feature of one of Wisconsin’s beautiful state parks, forests, trails or recreation areas. The 13 winners will be invited to the FWSP Annual Awards Banquet.
